We Offer Many Ways for Tenants to Pay Rent
- Pay Online
- Auto Pay: We offer free, bank-to-bank ACH payments. This option requires a signed ACH authorization form and a voided check. Ask your leasing agent for the form or call the office.
- Mail Check or Money Order: You can also send a personal check, certified check, or money order through the mail to us: Blue Olive Properties, 200 W. Plaza Dr., Ste 120, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
- Check Drop Off: We also accept rent payments at the office during business hours. You can drop your personal check, certified check, or money order at the front desk, or place the payment in our lobby drop box after hours.
