Full-Service Real Estate Brokerage
Blue Olive Properties is also a full service real estate brokerage. We work mostly with investors and buyer referrals on the real estate side of the business. We provide a complete real estate investment solution. We find properties that are priced right, in decent condition, that will cash flow for investors. We do the analysis and recommend a proper purchase price. We can also give investors the actual price the property will rent for, prior to closing, so that investors get a realistic cash flow projection.
Our Managing Broker, Kevin Mackessy, is a successful real estate investor himself, who owns an extensive real estate portfolio. This carefully selected and maintained portfolio has weathered the recent real estate storm, and continues to hold its value, while generating substantial monthly cash flow. Mr. Mackessy works with investors by appointment. He also teaches classes and seminars on time-tested and proven methods used to invest for the long-term in real estate.
